Electicity professionals from TEPCO Power Grid, Inc. will promptly visit NICIGAS Denki Subscribers customers experiencing power supply outages, on a 24/7 basis to provide them with reassurance.

The visit for primary response action and the investigation into the causes are free of charge if they take 60 minutes or less.

Examples of actions not covered by this service:
- Replacement of light bulb, switch or power outlet
- Repair of any failing lighting or other electrical appliance
- Wiring and other full-scale improvement work
- Change of contract amperage

Okina Osewa is a Protect Member Service offered to NICIGAS customers. NICIGAS will fix their problems in everyday life.
Repair work for electrical appliances taking up to 30 minutes is available free of charge to customers.
Customers are also entitled to reassuring services exclusively for them such as a ten-year-long warranty service for household electrical appliances.

This service is a visit service for dealing with failure in electrical equipment, which is offered by TEPCO Power Grid, Inc. in business partnership with Nippon Gas Co., Ltd.
This service is offered to customers of DEGAWARI Denki, an option offered by NICIGAS in the prefectures of Tochigi, Gunma, Ibaraki, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa and Yamanashi as well as in the part of Shizuoka Prefecture (east of the Fuji River).
Customers of DEGAWARI Denki will have access to the service from December 1, 2018 onwards after reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Denki mo Anshin! Supprot Service. They are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Denki mo Anshin! Supprot Service when they call the toll-free number shown above and apply for the service.
This service is offered to those who have a subscription to DEGAWARI Denki on the 15th day of each month, and they have access to the service from the first day of the following month. (For example, if you start your subscription to DEGAWARI Denki during the period from November 16 to December 15, you will have access to the service from January 1.)
An investigation into the causes of the failure of electrical equipment or power distribution within 60 minutes and the visit by professionals will be free of charge. Components, special work, any work that takes 60 minutes or longer and a secondary response including troubleshooting will be at your expense.
This service does not cover the repair of any failed electrical appliance, wiring work or other full-scale improvement work.
Depending on the weather or traffic conditions and the work personnel’s work circumstances, it may take a long time until they reach the site, or they may be unable to visit the site that day. If any customer in part of Tochigi, Ibaraki or Saitama Prefecture or part of Shizuoka Prefecture (east of the Fuji River) makes a phone call on any Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, during the period from December 29 to January 3, or at any time outside 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on any weekday, they will be visited by the personnel on the following day (or January 4, if the date falls into the period between December 29 to January 3).
