To change your current contract capacity (amperage), contact us at your local branch.
Business Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 - 17:00
(Excluding weekends, holidays, and Year-end/New Year holidays)

    In case replacement installation is required, TEPCO Power Grid, Inc. will carry out the construction.

    Please apply for changes to the Contracted Capacity at least two business days prior to requested date of change. (Excluding weekends, holidays, and Year-end/New Year holidays)

  3. *

    Applications submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Change Account Holder's Name and Payment Method

After logging in, click the top-left bar (≡) to display the navigation menu. Please select the required option, such as "Check/Change Payment Method" or "Change Account Name."
